RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you receive the products, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, and any accessories).
- Custom-made items or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:
1. Log into your account on our store, go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to return (or send an email to tettamanticornici@gmail.com stating your order number).
2. Carefully pack the products to protect them during transit.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
